- A participant is considered registered from the moment the participation fee is received. In the event of a no-show, the participation fee will not be refunded. Reselling purchased tickets to another person must be coordinated with the organizer.
2. Classes and programme
Rally Dual Sport

Rally Adventure
Motorcycles weighing more than 180 kg.
3. Competition rules
- 3.1 Classes are mixed at start. Every competitor has an individual starting time.
- 3.2 The starting interval shall be at least 1 minute.
- 3.3 A competitor's starting time can only be changed by the referee's decision.
- 3.4 Any claims or protests regarding the result shall be addressed to the Chief Referee asap and latest 15 minutes after completion of the stage.
- 3.5 The route has been created and coordinated for this event. Traversing a later route is not allowed.
- 3.6 The race competition will be in digital Roadbook format.
- 3.7 GPS navigation and self-initiated track recording (to gpx or any other format to store coordinate data) are prohibited.
- 3.8 In a flagrant violation of Estonian Traffic Law, any other valid relevant Law or competition rules identified by the officials of the Competitor shall be disqualified.
- 3.9 The participant is responsible for having the vehicle's traffic insurance and driver's licence.
- 3.10 Competitors must comply with traffic laws on public roads throughout the competition. In possible accidents and violations, the motorcycle driver bears full responsibility.
- 3.11 Participation in the ride is at the Competitor's own risk. The competitor is responsible for his health and possible damage and/or equipment breakage/destruction during the competition. Each competitor is responsible for having accident insurance that covers the conditions of participation.
- 3.12 The participant is responsible for property and personal damage caused by him or her. Organisers have the right to share Participant information with 3rd parties in case of conflicts.
- 3.13 The participant must be at least 18 years old.
- 3.14 For Roadbook, use the "Roadbook Rally Reader" application. The same application publishes the Roadbook and tracks the participants' locations during the course.
- 3.15 The application webpage is www.roadbookrally.com and for Android devices, the application can be found in the Google Play Store.
- 3.16 Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
- 3.17 The device must have an internet connection to download the roadbook, track the ride and create the result.
- 3.18 The participant's location and speed are monitored during the ride.
4. Accommodation and catering
- 4.1 Accommodation is available in the rooms of the historic Kaagjärve Manor.
- 4.2 Room information, prices, and reservations can be found in the www.alakonnuralli.ee. Bed linen is included in the price. You need to bring your own towel. If you plan to sleep on the floor, you must bring your own mattress and sleeping bag.
- 4.3 Your reservation is confirmed once the payment has been transferred to the organiser's bank account.
- 4.4 Catering is provided on site by a separate service provider. The menu is varied, and payment is accepted in cash only.
- 4.5 Cold beer and outdoor sauna is available on the site.
Penalties policy
Speeding tolerance limits: A penalty applies if a competitor exceeds the speed limit by more than 3 km/h for longer than 5 seconds.
Speeding penalty based on: gained time.
No stop at STOP sign: Applies a 180 second penalty if the minimum speed within the stop point radius exceeds 5 km/h.
Early exit from the neutralization zone (DN): will be penalized as follows: 120 seconds penalty for every 30 seconds.

Section Penalty: The Section Penalty is calculated by multiplying the corresponding section's maximum allowed time limit (see event itinerary) by the factor: 1.5.
Organizer access and safety information
The following are on-site access and safety instructions from the Alakonnu organizer. They do not replace the RoadbookRally competition rules on this page.
Bivouac access and companion tickets
The main ticketed access restrictions apply in the bivouac area. Adult companions and followers who want bivouac access or want to use event facilities need a valid companion ticket. Companion tickets help us manage limited facilities, keep security standards high, and identify visitors on site with wristbands collected from the registration table. Open-field viewers are welcome in public viewing areas, but riding along the rally route or following a rider without a valid ticket is still prohibited. We aim to publish a map with the best viewpoints before the event. The exception is a companion under 18 who is not driving and therefore does not need a separate companion ticket. If someone enters restricted bivouac access without the required ticket, or rides along the route without a valid ticket, the organizers reserve the right to remove them from the event area and disqualify the associated rider without refund.
Organizer practical safety information
The rally takes place on public roads open to traffic where all traffic laws apply. All participants must comply with traffic regulations. Motorcycles must have valid documentation and a valid technical inspection. Police may stop riders for documentation and technical checks. The organizers assume no liability for accidents.
