Where help is needed
We build the volunteer crew ahead of the October 2–4, 2026 weekend. The biggest need is for people who can support check-in, base camp operations, checkpoints, logistics, or media coverage.
Typical roles
You do not need to do everything. Pick the areas where you realistically have time and interest to help.
Check-in and rider reception
Base camp and sauna area support
Route logistics and checkpoints
Transport and gear moving
Photo, video, or social coverage
Catering and coffee point support
Good to know
We will reach out when we start locking shifts and role assignments.
A driving licence or vehicle is not required, but it helps for some logistics roles.
If you have previous event, media, or route-support experience, add it in the notes field.
